The Director of Children and Families is a full-time position that will provide direct vision and direction for the children’s ministry and help cultivate a cohesive vision for the family ministries (infant through high school), while building relationships, developing leaders, and equipping volunteers.

This role is responsible for:
-Creating a welcoming, Christ-centered environment that equips parents to disciple their children
-Develops volunteers and leaders
-Provides strategic direction 

Working closely with the Youth Pastor and church staff, the Director
-Insures a unified approach to discipleship
-Oversees weekly programs and special events
-Manages ministry resources
-Builds meaningful relationships with families
